Eb03 Terms & Conditions – Official Terms of Use for the Malaysian Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and eb03 ("Company", "we", or "the eb03 platform"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the eb03.my website and all services offered through it.

3Member Account

Once your registration is complete, you will have your own unique eb03 account. The following terms and responsibilities apply to account management:

• Password Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for keeping your eb03 account password secure and not disclosing it to anyone. Use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols to create a strong password.

5Withdrawals

• Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours of the request being submitted, subject to complete account verification and compliance with these Terms.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals may only be made to a Malaysian bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member name as the eb03 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.

10Account Termination

An eb03 account may be terminated under the following circumstances:

12Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the eb03 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of eb03 or its licensors, and is protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws applicable in Malaysia.

• You may not reproduce, copy, modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute in any form any content from the eb03 platform without prior written consent from eb03.
• The name "eb03", the eb03 logo, and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of eb03. Unauthorised use is prohibited and may result in legal action.
